Description
  • General background: Our lab carries out state-of-the-art computer simulations with the goal of achieving advanced electronic/energy/bio devices based on the atomic-scale understanding of quantum charge and energy transport in nanoscale interfaces based on functional materials (e.g. graphene transistor, quantum dot LED, DNA sequencing). Our group members are currently composed of 1 research professor, 6 graduate students, & 1 secretary.
  • Project details: We are particularly looking for a new group member who will be in charge of the development of a novel device simulation software for the next-generation quantum dot LED in collaboration with LG Display and three other experimental teams within KAIST. The software will be based on an existing 3D quantum dot simulation software
